Membership Application

On submission of this on-line membership application form I, acting for and on behalf of the applicant as its authorised representative, hereby apply for membership of EuroCloud UK.  The applicant agrees to support EuroCloud UK Limited’s objects* as stated in the Articles of Association, to abide by any rules and regulations adopted by special resolution of the membership, and to pay the membership subscription and any other obligations when due. We acknowledge that failure to comply with any of these provisions may, without prejudice to other remedies and safeguards available to EuroCloud UK, lead to termination or suspension of our membership. We confirm that the applicant is a commercial organisation or trade body, engaged in cloud computing or SaaS-related business activity in the UK.

“The objects of the company are to encourage, foster and promote, on behalf of vendors and providers, the scope, models, interests and benefits of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing within the United Kingdom, and throughout Europe, in co-operation with the European EuroCloud organisation and its constituents, and anything incidental or conducive to any of those objects.”
